Mixed Baked Beans

˝ lb     Bacon

2 lg       Chopped Onions

˝ c      White Vinegar

˝ c      firmly packed Brown Sugar

1 tsp     Garlic Powder

˝ tsp    Dry Mustard

3 18oz  jars Baked Beans , un-drained

2 17oz  cans Lima beans , drained & rinsed

1 16oz  can Red Kidney beans , drained & rinsed

1 15oz  can Butterbeans , drained & rinsed

 

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain.

Reserving 2 tbsp drippings in skillet. Cook onions in drippings,

stirring constantly until tender. Combine onion, bacon, vinegar

and remaining ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased large pan.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15

minutes. You may leave them in a little longer to make them

Thicker.
