Beerfest at the Dusky's

It has been 14 days since the Beerfest @ the Dusky’s. The brew was transferred to the carboy 7 days ago. It will remain in the carboy for secondary fermentation for the next 7 days. At that time it will be primed and bottled for a the 21 day aging and carbonation process. We hope everyone had a good time, enjoyed the good food and maybe learned something about the home brew process. I can tell you the brew looked really good this morning, and smelled WONDERFUL! We had a great day for an outdoor activity, and a really great place for this activity. Thanks John!
