Save the Date Looks like a great event club members may want to attend is "The Mitty" held at Road Atlanta on April 27 to 29. I've talked to organizers and they offered us preferred camping and car display if we let them know early. Check out tab on Regional Events to see full details. We can discuss at AGM and April meeting for those interested. Operation Enduring Freedom Over the course of the last year one of our club members, George and Sandra Bond, has had a daughter stationed in Afghanistan. They have asked our club to help the wounded solders with donations of clothing and linens. We were fortunate enough to be able to help support this effort and the last of our Scottish Games car show shirts were also donated to this cause. As a show of appreciation their daughter had a plaque commissioned and it was presented to our club at the last meeting. Pictures are shown below and the plaque will be brought to next several meetings for display until a permanent home can be found. ![]()

Club History On a cold February night in 1984, a small group of English car enthusiasts gathered at a restaurant near Inman, South Carolina, with the idea that maybe it would be a good thing to become a club. Over dinner, the group tossed ideas about; and the germ of what was to become the Southeastern British Motorcar Owners Club was planted. For full article. click here < Club History >
